In case an item is shipped and confirmed delivered but you did not receive it see if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery. Look around the delivery location. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Contact the Carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package’s location.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you enter an incorrect address and the item is returned to us then you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

In case of a return that never arrives to us it is your responsibility to clear things out and deliver it to us.

Custom made items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Keep in mind we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

All our products are supplied with a minimum of 2 years’ warranty. If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
